OTT Pay is a professional financial technology and smart payment platform, which has recently completed its Series D funding. In order to accelerate the listing on NASDAQ, we are looking for industry experts to join us in some key positions. OTT Pay provides high-quality one-stop services to nearly 10,000 merchants within Canada, including aggregated digital payment services, value-added marketing services, and e-commerce services through our platforms. We are looking for a Key Account & Partnerships Marketing Manager to support our business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position working out of our Leslie Street Head Office in North York. How you will contribute: Key Account Campaign Management
  • Participate in the development of strategic marketing communications plans and tactics including digital marketing, e-mailers, display ads, social media to effectively promote partner merchants and drive product sales volume.
  • Manage partner merchant campaigns working cross functionally with Products, Operations, Sales, and Compliance from product development, testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management Team in developing strategic marketing initiatives to support current clients and new acquisitions
  • Day to day client servicing and strategic counselling for marketing campaigns for partner merchants
  • Coordinate and work with in-house and external designers, writers and agencies, media vendors
  • Leverage your experience in managing multicultural marketing campaigns for Chinese, and South Asian markets in Canada
  • Manage and write content for our WeChat Official Account
Partnership Marketing
  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in strategic partnership deals by providing marketing materials, preparing strategic decks and gathering data
What you bring to the table: Must Have
  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales and/or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing management, executing integrated demand generation campaigns, and/or public relations in an agency environment.
  • Able to work in a Fintech start up environment
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker who is bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with digital and email marketing strategy, and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, event marketing and social media marketing.
  • Confident and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot branding opportunities.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Great to Have
  • Experience within the payments or credit card industry
  • Solid understanding multicultural marketing for Chinese, South Asian & Filipino markets
