As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume and to grow business portfolio in accounts on annual, quarterly, monthly, customer and brand basis through ruthless focus, brilliant execution and strong partnership with key stakeholders- Sales Management, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual plans for key accounts and insure the delivery of business goals
Manage and evaluate through Trade Development all promotional spending by account priority with regards to performance and implement corrective business building actions
Grow total portfolio in all accounts and beat the plan and competition through net sales value, growing share and volume.
Develop and implement promotional calendar for assigned accounts
Manage budget within plan
Collaborate with sales team to optimize ways of working to ensure great execution
Proactively provide feedback on program execution and effectiveness
Assist Sales Management and Trade Development in the development of account specific presentations
Analyze competitive activities and generate insights to create a competitive advantage.
Build and sustain strong productive relationships with customer / stakeholders
Deliver Key Account business update at quarterly sales meeting and provide input to Business Reviews with suppliers.
Partner with sales management to develop and foster excellent supplier relationships
Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolio.
Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aides and staff training seminars.
Attend promotional events as required eg trade shows, Vintage Events
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required

Elaborer et executer des plans annuels pour les comptes cles et veiller a la realisation des objectifs d'affaires
Gerer et evaluer, par l'entremise de l'equipe du developpement commercial, toutes les depenses promotionnelles, selon la priorite du compte sur le plan de la performance, et prendre des mesures correctives favorisant les affaires
Accroitre le portefeuille total dans tous les comptes et depasser les attentes et la concurrence grace a la valeur nette des ventes, par l'augmentation de la part et du volume de celles-ci
Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre un calendrier promotionnel pour les comptes attribues
Gerer le budget selon le plan etabli
Collaborer avec l'equipe des ventes pour optimiser les methodes de travail afin d'assurer une excellente execution
Fournir de maniere proactive une retroaction sur l'execution et l'efficacite du programme
Assister la direction des ventes et l'equipe du developpement commercial dans l'elaboration de presentations propres a chaque compte
Analyser les activites de la concurrence et generer des idees pour creer un avantage concurrentiel
Etablir et maintenir des relations solides et productives avec les clients et les parties prenantes
Presenter une mise a jour des activites liees aux comptes cles lors de la reunion trimestrielle de l'equipe des ventes et fournir des commentaires lors des examens des activites avec les fournisseurs
Travailler en partenariat avec la direction des ventes pour developper et entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les fournisseurs
Prospecter, quantifier et qualifier les nouveaux comptes pour evaluer leur compatibilite potentielle avec un portefeuille de marques
Mettre a contribution ses connaissances sur le marketing des produits et des marques grace a du materiel de promotion et a des seminaires de formation pour le personnel
Participer a des evenements promotionnels selon les besoins, par exemple des salons professionnels et des evenements mettant en vedette des millesimes particuliers
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree required
3-4 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills
Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
Strong Project Management skills
Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive
Strong budget management capability
Strong sales and commercial strategy capability with depth in Key Account and Customer Management
Managing complex customer relationships
Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine
Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling Skills
Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition
Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc)
Qualifications
Baccalaureat requis
