We represent many large brands including Lamontagne, Les Aliments Martel and French Cancan. As brokers, we always have 2 customers: retailer and manufacturer so we need to balance efforts to achieve best strategies for all. About the job



Position is responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunities within Costco Wholesale to maintain and grow existing business but also develop new business. Achieve profitable sales by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the channel and customer's business and building enduring relationships based on trust and integrity with the buying team and vendor partners. Manage sales, trade spend and forecasts with both Costco Wholesale and vendor partners. Develop and successfully sell customer plans that include annual agreements, strategic and tactical pricing plans and promotional plans that align with and support the customer's and the vendor's business objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop a customized business plan addressing the critical needs of the customer while delivering on budgeted volume and revenue. Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions making any necessary changes to price/package plan. Develop and lead presentations both internally and externally on the state of your customer(s)' business identifying issues and opportunities and providing solutions to further develop customer and company needs. Lead New Item presentations. Spend time in market reviewing and identifying levels of execution for our portfolio as well as competitive execution. Review and comment on monthly and quarterly scorecards developed. Attend trade shows and host customer events that help align the company better with the customer. Work very closely with vendor partner to better understand challenges (supply chain, production, etc and find solutions) Follow-up of orders with vendor partners and actively propose ways to better work effectively and efficiently. Visit our customers on a regular basis to establish a strong relationship. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements / Qualifications



10 years in consumer goods industry, Costco wholesale experience is a definite advantage Proven experience in account management Experience working with IRI or other syndicated data is an asset Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills Ability to quickly learn in a very fast paced business environment Ability to work independently and also as an effective contributor to the sales team Bilingual Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

Pay: $90,816.00-$129,347.00 per year
