The OpportunityWe are seeking a relationship-minded Senior Outside Sales Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in the Company\'s ever-increasing sales strategies. Typically a remote position, the majority of your time will be spent developing and cultivating prospects to grow Bryan\'s consignor throughout your territory, moving them through the sales cycle, and closing new accounts. You\'ll partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Director of Marketing and Business Development to plan campaigns, events, and other lead-generating activities. Building and preserving long-term relationships based on trust, you will boost Bryan\'s market presence, increase engagement, and build brand loyalty by working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders. The Ins and Outs of the JobReporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, the Senior Outside Sales Account Manager is directly responsible for:Proactively identifying new business opportunities, understanding their needs and educating potential clients about Bryan\'s services such as:asset transition of fleet, farm, and other heavy equipment;maximizing return on asset disposal; Building strong relationships necessary to nurture leads through the sales cycle and secure consignments.Collaborating with the Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to strategize on sales campaigns, business development events, and other brand-awareness activities.Partnering with fellow sales and operations team members to understand the end-to-end consignment process and keep a pulse on what is happening within the business.Tracking your prospecting activities and participating in sales meetings to report on new clients, expected auction items, client satisfaction, and other metrics.Managing your accounts pre- and post-auction, resolving any issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and secure repeat business.Entering and maintaining accurate account data in the CRM.Generating brand awareness by attending trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other sales generating opportunities.Working according to the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Bryan\'s health and safety policies and procedures.Who You AreA tried-and-true sales professional, you:Are comfortable working in a team environment, but you thrive on independent work.Understand that the foundations of strong relationships are built on integrity, authenticity, and consistency.A degree or diploma in Sales, Business, Communications, or a similar field is preferred.A well-established track record of sales and/or revenue generation experience in the auction, liquidation, construction, agriculture, or heavy equipment industries.A high level of comfort working with CRM and data mining.A solid track record of achieving assigned quotas and closing deals.Proven ability to prospect and move qualified opportunities through the sales cycle - proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions with decision-makers.While we\'re not necessarily looking for someone who fits every one of these criteria, the person who will be successful in this role will likely meet the majority of both the hard and soft skills.
