Kennel Help and Farm Help Beaverton Ontario Area
Hours 2 hours per day Monday to Friday 10am to noon -- some weekends if weekend help not available.
Job Detail:
Main job is cleaning kennel of small breed dogs.
Clean floor, walls, dishes, cots and outside artificial grasses area - stool pick up and cleaning any dirty areas, kennel doors, etc. - enjoying cleaning is a must and excellent cleaning skills are important.
Able to lift and move dog food.
In winter removing snow with shovel in front of kennels doors and barn doors.
Plus feeding hay to two goats and two horses. In winter giving horses a square bale of hay if round bales cannot be given in barn yard due to snow.
Equine knowledge a benefit but not needed.
Quarantine is involved from changing shoes and wearing coveralls over your clothing in the kennels.
Applicant must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
Looking for someone long term.
Would like someone to that is motivated and can see what needs to be clean and take action.
Dog experince and equine experience a benefit.
