Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, and gardening, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain and build landscape features. Dig trenches for irrigation systems and other landscape installations. Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care and irrigation techniques are followed. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge is preferred for maintaining and operating landscaping equipment. Experience with power tools and hand tools is essential for effective job performance. Ability to dig, lift, and move materials as required by various landscaping tasks. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including irrigation techniques is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
