, building on over 40 years of experience from our flagship location. With our second school now open in Donwood Plaza, we're building a powerful team that shares our vision: to help students become stronger, more confident, and more capable -- in martial arts and in life.
We specialize in Karate and Kickboxing for
kids, teens, and adults
, and our teaching goes far beyond technique. We focus on personal development, leadership, discipline, and creating a positive, structured environment where students can thrive.
The Role:
This is a teaching role -- but it's also a leadership role. You'll be responsible for creating powerful experiences both on and off the mats by:
Leading structured, high-energy classes for
kids, teens, and adults
Teaching striking technique, pad drills, sparring, kata, and fitness components
Helping students progress through our belt system with structure and clarity
Engaging with parents regularly
about their child's progress, goals, and development
Supporting events like gradings, in-house tournaments, school visits, and demos
Helping build a strong, consistent culture as our new location grows
Taking initiative and being an active part of a team that leads with care and consistency
What We're Really Looking For:
We're looking for someone who leads with presence and cares with purpose.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys working with people of all ages, and sees martial arts as more than just technique -- but as a tool for personal transformation.
At our school, instructors don't just run classes -- they mentor students, support families, and help shape a culture that keeps people coming back.
You're a Great Fit If:
You have martial arts experience (karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, tae kwon do, or related)
You're confident teaching
both kids and adults
You're skilled at creating structure while keeping energy high
You're comfortable having
meaningful conversations with parents
You're professional, adaptable, and growth-oriented
Bonus: You have experience with
fitness kickboxing
or
group fitness
You're eager to
learn our systems
and
embody the values of our school
You're available evenings and Saturdays, with flexibility for events
