Juricomptable Senior



Les responsabilites principales sont d'utiliser ses competences en matiere de comptabilite, d'audit et d'enquete pour examiner et analyser des donnees financieres, preparer des analyses detaillees et des rapports d'expertise juricomptable.

Responsabilites :

Examiner des donnees financieres pour identifier des ecarts ou irregularites; Preparer des analyses financieres de pertes assurees (perte de benefice, perte d'inventaire, fraude, cyber-attaques, rappel de produit, dommages corporels); Effectuer des analyses financieres dans le cadre de litiges juridiques ou potentiellement juridiques; Repondre aux demandes des clients en temps opportun; Maintenir des connaissances legislatives appropriees sur une base continue; Autres taches au besoin, incluant certains deplacements (10%).

Capacites professionnelles et formation :



Titre de CPA; Solides competences analytiques, comptables et/ou de verification; Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, ecrit et verbal; Souci du detail, excellentes competences en gestion et en communication; Titre d'EEE ou CFF acquis ou en cours, un atout; Connaissances en quantification de dommages et/ou en assurance, un atout.

Senior Forensic Accountant:



Job Summary:



The primary responsibilities of a Senior Forensic Accountant is to use their accounting, auditing and investigative skills to review and analyze financial data, prepare financial schedules and reports for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:



Review and analyze financial data to find/identify discrepancies or irregularities; Prepare financial schedules and reports for insured losses (business interruption, inventory losses, fraud investigations, cyber-attacks, product recalls, fidelity and loss of earning capacity due to personal injury); Perform financial analysis in the context of legal or potential legal disputes; Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner; Meet time budget and deadlines as expected per file; Maintain appropriate legislative knowledge on an ongoing basis; Travel to client site as needed (10%); Other duties as required.

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:



CPA designation; Strong analytical, accounting and auditing skills; Must be bilingual (French and English - both written and verbal); Highly detail oriented, excellent organizational management and communication skills; CBV or CFF designation, or working towards these designations would be an asset; Knowledge of insurance loss quantification and claims consulting would be an asset.
