We're looking for a

Junior Welder

who is comfortable reading shop drawings and wants to grow as part of a small, supportive team.

What You'll Do

Read and interpret technical design/shop drawings to weld safety guarding to precise specifications. Perform welding using GMAW techniques. Operate welding equipment, the weld robot, and Accushear safely. Conduct quality checks and ensure welds meet BCG standards. Clean and prepare welded guards before painting. Assist with manual assembly of products when required. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workstation. Support general shop housekeeping and occasional property maintenance (e.g., shovelling, sanding, raking).

What You Bring

Ability to perform GMAW welding techniques. Experience working in a custom shop environment. Ability to read and understand design drawings. Skilled in safe use of hand tools. Willingness to assist in manual assembly as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet physical job demands: Standing for long periods Bending, lifting, pushing/pulling Frequent use of tools and repetitive motion Switching between multiple tasks

$20.00 per hour + overtime
