Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
withproven experience in the Financial Industry (FI)
to join our team on a6-month or 1-year contract
, with the possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands thebanking environment
and is ready to grow their recruitment skills across multiple functional areas.You'll Support Hiring in Areas Such As:
Retail & Branch Banking
- advisors, branch operations, and customer service rolesContact Centres
- high-volume hiring for service and sales positionsCorporate Functions
- HR, finance, marketing, and administrative rolesOperations & Back Office
- processing, settlements, and transaction servicesRisk & Compliance Support
- AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and audit supportWhat You'll Do:
Partner with senior recruiters to deliver
end-to-end recruitment
for junior-to-mid-level FI roles Post jobs, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews Maintain strong candidate communication to ensure a great hiring experience Update ATS and recruitment reports accurately and on time Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand business needsWhat We're Looking For:
1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience within the Financial Industry
Knowledge of FI business lines, processes, and compliance requirements Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, regulated environment
Tech-savvy, with ATS and/or CRM experience an assetWhy Join Us:
