Have a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Are a quick learner of IT technical concepts and willing to assimilate new information effectively Have good interpersonal and communication skills

How You Qualify

You demonstrate excellence through your:




Experience as a post-secondary student, must be currently enrolled full time in an accredited post-secondary program for the winter/spring term 2026 Keen desire to learn and apply Windows 11, Office 365 and IT Cloud Technologies Knowledge of HW and SW as it applies to a modern workplace Review, update requests and incident tickets Awareness of software and hardware image deployment tools Assist with asset inventory processes such as move, track, record and disposal Good in-person and telephone client support skills Good grasp of TCP/IP Networking, VOIP, WiFi concepts and VPN Technologies Awareness of the importance of Antivirus and Malware in keeping the workplace safe Technical troubleshooting skills for Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Mobile Devices
