About Glistco

Glistco is a Canadian company that designs and manufactures high-quality gaming accessories and virtual reality gear -- from concept to production. We're expanding our capabilities by developing internal

inventory and operations software

to help manage our growing product line and supply chain more efficiently.

This internship is an exciting opportunity to join our small, fast-moving team and gain

real-world software development experience

in a creative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of internal web applications used for managing products, suppliers, and orders. Work across the

front-end (React/JavaScript)

and

back-end (Node.js/Python/SQL)

to implement and improve features. Integrate external APIs (e.g., Shopify, Airtable, Amazon) into our software stack. Build automations and dashboards that improve visibility and workflow efficiency. Collaborate directly with the founders and engineers on architecture and UX decisions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. Learn how a software system supports real manufacturing and eCommerce operations.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a

Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program

. Solid understanding of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or similar). Familiarity with

React, Node.js, or SQL

is a plus. Comfortable using

Git/GitHub

and learning through experimentation. A self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus: Experience or interest in eCommerce, inventory management, or ERP tools.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
