We are a growing organization looking for a creative and motivated

Junior Social Media Specialist

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for

university students or recent graduates

who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement while balancing studies.

What You'll Do:

Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, graphics) tailored to each platform. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community. Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and provide basic reports. Assist in brainstorming fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns. Stay updated on current social media trends relevant to our audience.

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in university/college (all fields welcome; Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media studies a plus). Strong writing and communication skills. Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals and trends. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc. an asset). Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
