COMPANY PROFILE:
Okanagan Office Systems is a local Authorized Ricoh Dealer and supplier of photocopiers, printers and document management solutions.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Okanagan Office Systems, the Junior Service Technician will be primarily responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of all Ricoh equipment along with the installation of hardware and software for OOD and its clients. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires a mechanical aptitude and a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
Highly organized and able to manage time independently
Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
High School Graduate or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Divers License, clean drivers abstract and the ability to travel
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Regular and punctual attendance at work is essential
CONSIDERED AN ASSET:
Prior experience troubleshooting or repairing copiers, printers or office equipment
Familiarity with basic networking or computer troubleshooting
Prior experience in a business-to-business environment
