Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon equipment and workstations. Support hair stylists by preparing tools and products for services. Promote retail products to clients, enhancing their salon experience through upselling. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive salon experience for clients Proficient in hair styling techniques and sanitation practices Ability to upsell services and products effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$23.61 per hour
