A Day in the Life:

Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects Follow up on single scope projects Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process Communicate frequently with Estimating team to obtain and share knowledge and information

What You Bring:

Educational background in an Architectural Technology or Construction Project Management program Good communication (verbal & written) Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, AUTOCad , excel, word, etc.) Basic estimating/mathematical skills Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
