Our health care client is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional Jr Recruiter to help their team on a temporary 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruiting, placement, and overall management of various positions within the healthcare/clinical industry. This position has the potential of permanent placement for the right candidate!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role
• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or other relevant education would be an asset
• A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and the client
• Team-oriented, willing to assist where needed but can also work well independently
• Must be deadline driven, able to handle multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A calm and well-organized problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who will ask questions, present new ideas, and can think outside the box

Responsibilities:

• Prescreen and interview candidates
• Effectively collaborate with hiring managers while conducting job postings, pre-screens, phone interviews, interviews, new hire paperwork, reference checks and background checks
• Exemplary verbal communication skills will be required, to interact with candidates and clients
• Strong written communications skills are required to format resumes and write detailed summaries of candidates
• Matching and placing qualified candidates on temporary assignments and permanent placements
