Position Overview

Python developer supporting engineering test system development team. The candidate will be required to update existing test system platforms as well as provide a key role in new test system initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, product owners, implement test cases, and log test results Develop test software in Windows, using Python, for electronic sub-assemblies. Assisting in troubleshooting problems in a software production environment Understand the system under test

Qualifications

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience

3 or more years of experience as a Python Software Developer Experience with C, C++, C# would be an asset Experience in process automation and automated testing of electronic sub-assemblies Experience with control interfaces for test and measurement equipment. Experience building robust operator interfaces Troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team
