Junior Project Coordinator
$30 per hour
Toronto - state of the art, modern office
Hybrid, 2 days a week on site
Top 4 requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments and with third-party vendors.
Flexibility and adaptability, as this role will provide direct support to a leader with a very full workload, requiring someone who can step in and assist wherever needed.
Must be comfortable with creating presentations
Any marketing or retail media experience a huge asset
Contract Coordinator - In-Store Media
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports with project coordination and communications with third party strategic partners - helping to drive incremental revenue in Q4 through partnerships
Supports GM screens installation and content management schedules in collaboration with Construction Teams and Category teams
Supports stakeholder communication and documentation for in-store media governance and guardrails.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure proper ingestion of operational rules for in-store ad products - helping to drive an incremental sales in Q4
Maintains (owner) high quality project documentation on Coda, including workback schedules, meeting minutes, metrics reports, general communications and admin tasks.
Coordinates team meetings with team and cross functional project stakeholders.
Ensures meeting notes/action plans are clearly documented and communicated.
Helps maintain project documentation including updating version history and sharing on correct channels
Acts as point of contact for In-Store media sales and admin operational asks from other teams across LCL (custom lists for sales teams, photos at store level, etc.)
Ad hoc support of other related projects within the In-Store Media ecosystem
