As our operations expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project & Operations Coordinator to join our Sudbury branch and build a long-term career with us.

The Opportunity

This is a

developmental role

designed for someone eager to learn and grow. You will wear many hats--supporting administration, operations, and project teams--while gaining exposure to the full cycle of construction dewatering projects. We will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you progress into a Project Coordinator role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination



Assist Project Managers with proposals, quotations, and project documentation. Support project scheduling, resource planning, and field crew coordination. Compile and formalize customer invoicing, T&M (time & materials) costing, and job billing folders. Help maintain project logs, reports, and safety documentation.

Operations & Administration



Provide day-to-day branch support to ensure smooth office and site operations. Assist with inventory and fleet tracking, inspections, and maintenance scheduling. Organize logistics such as travel bookings, equipment mobilization, and vendor coordination. Support onboarding, training records, and health & safety compliance.

Financial & Payroll Support



Assist with timesheet collection and payroll tracking. Help prepare and process invoices and coding of payables. Monitor accounts receivable and support follow-ups as required.
What We're Looking For

Some experience or education in administration, operations, or project coordination (construction or industrial experience an asset). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a willingness to "pitch in" wherever needed. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to accounting or project software a plus. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn. A self-starter who is eager to grow into a Project Coordinator role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
