The Team:




Our MEGA Brand Design team's mission is to create, develop and produce innovative visual communication strategies to promote and sell our products on different platforms, from packaging to marketing. With close collaboration between our internal and external experts, we aim to deliver creative visual strategies that will reinforce our brand and ensure the global success of our products.

The Opportunity:




As the volume and complexity of our projects grow, we are expanding our coordination team to ensure seamless delivery and clear communication across all touchpoints. We're seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Operations team. This role will partner closely with our Senior Coordinator and Operations Manager to manage timelines, support cross-functional planning, and act as a point of contact between internal teams and external creative agencies.

What Your Impact Will Be:





Supporting the Senior Coordinator and Operations Manager to help align priorities and coordinate workflow between teams Communication with Licensors & internal franchises for approval Point of contact between internal team and external agency. Providing quality check and ensuring all information is complete before sending to agencies Data entry for invoice purpose Handle administrative tasks related to agency coordination. Elevate potential risks to schedules and project to the Senior Coordinator and Operations Manager

What We're Looking For:



Recent graduate with 1-2 years of project coordination experience (agency experience a must) Experience in toys, consumer products, or advertising is a plus Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar tools Strong organizational and communication skills Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task Team spirit, high energy, excellent work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team Willingness and ability to develop, learn and grow Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
