Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Support cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities Help monitor project performance against baseline schedules and budgets Prepare and update project control documentation, including progress reports and dashboards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate data flow Participate in change management processes Maintain organized records of project data and documentation

Requirements:

Degree / diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field including completion of a recent internship or co-op experience in project controls or engineering Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and grow within the project controls discipline
