As a Junior Product Quality Analyst at Danihel Group, you will play a key supporting role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our CRM-based software products. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to kickstart their career in quality assurance and software development. You'll work closely with our QA Analyst and developers to test new features, identify issues, and contribute to a seamless user experience across both web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for CRM software features.
Perform manual testing under direction to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
Utilize JIRA Project Management System to log, track, and retest bugs in collaboration with QA and members of the development team.
Support testing of the full order lifecycle, including order creation, tracking, and fulfillment.
Test API integrations and workflows via Postman under supervision.
Participate in requirements/design discussions to understand expected outcomes.
Assist in maintaining QA documentation, including regression test suites.
Contribute to development tasks as skillset allows, such as writing simple scripts, fixing minor bugs, or maintaining internal tools.
Work with team members to ensure test coverage and timely release support.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and basic software testing concepts.
Exposure to web and/or mobile application testing.
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
Strong attention to detail, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
Exposure to Agile development practices.
Previous co-op/internship experience in a technical environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems or order management workflows.
This is a contract position with a fixed term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
