Junior Product Manager

The role

Under the supervision of the Director of Products and Accounts, you will support the product management team in managing digital product roadmaps for our clients. You will assist in analyzing performance data, prioritizing features, and collaborating with development teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your product management skills in an innovative technological environment.

Your main responsibilities:

Ecommerce Analytics & Customer Insights

Assist in analyzing website traffic and customer behavior patterns+


Support the creation of conversion reports and performance dashboards+


Help track ecommerce metrics like conversion rates, cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value+


Contribute to understanding customer journeys and pain points+


Learn to identify opportunities for improving online shopping experiences

Project Coordination & Product Support

+


Assist in coordinating product development timelines and deliverables+


Help draft user stories and feature specifications+


Support project planning and milestone tracking+


Participate in client meetings and requirement gathering sessions+


Learn to balance client needs with technical feasibility and business goals

UX Design & Prototyping

+


Learn to create wireframes and user flow diagrams+


Assist in creating mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma+


Support user testing sessions and feedback collection+


Help document UX improvements and design decisions+


Develop understanding of accessibility and mobile-first design principles

Client Relations & Communication

Support senior product managers in client presentations+


Help document and organize client feedback for product improvements+


Assist in preparing product update communications+


Learn to present product concepts and roadmaps clearly+


Develop understanding of different client sectors and their needs

AI Tools & Innovation

Learn to use AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and customer insights+


Get trained on industry best practices for AI implementation in ecommerce+


Assist in creating AI-enhanced product features and user experiences+


Support the integration of AI tools in client workflows and processes+


Develop understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices

Your profile

The essentials:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field+


0-2 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, ecommerce or project coordination+


Interest in ecommerce and digital customer experiences+


Basic understanding of web analytics and user behavior+


Strong organizational and project coordination skills+


Excellent written and verbal communication skills+


Perfect French-English bilingualism (essential for our clients)#
