Responsibilities
Data entry and transaction categorization (Xero and QuickBooks Online)
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain organized financial and client records
Provide general administrative and office support
Assist with scheduling, emails, and basic reports
Qualifications
Basic bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative knowledge (education or experience)
Comfortable with computers and data entry
Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to learn bookkeeping software
Reliable and able to work independently
