Junior Parts Advisor

As a

Junior Parts Advisor

, you'll work alongside our experienced Parts Department team to assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and by email regarding parts inquiries. Identify, source, and sell automotive parts and accessories. Support technicians by ensuring they receive the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock organization. Process parts orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently. Learn dealership systems, parts catalogues, and manufacturer processes. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Previous parts or automotive experience is an asset but

not required
