- Act as the main liaison between the shop technicians and the service advisors, writing either hand written, or entering electronic parts estimates.
- Provide exceptional service to our retail counter and phone in customers.
- Provide assistance to any other parts department team members when necessary.
- Check in daily orders from the manufacturer, put away regularly stocking items, as well as tagging pre-ordered parts for customers.
- Keep not only your station clean and free of clutter, but the entire stock room.
- You must be a personable and positive individual
- Available to work rotating Saturdays
- You must have a valid driver\'s license
- CDK and MicroCat experience would be an asset
