As we expand, were opening an opportunity for a passionate and curious Paid Media Intern to join our Performance Marketing team. This is a great starting point for students or recent grads who want to break into digital marketing and learn the ropes of paid advertising.
Internship Overview
As a Paid Media Intern, youll gain hands-on experience supporting ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Youll work alongside senior media buyers, creatives, and data analysts to learn what it takes to manage and scale high-performing campaigns.
This is a mentorship-focused internship where youll contribute meaningfully while learning core skills in performance marketing.
What You'll Work On

• Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Help track KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences
• Compile weekly reports and campaign summaries
• Assist in content organization and asset tracking
• Research new trends and platform updates
• Organize and track campaign budgets and performance benchmarks

Ideal Candidate

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or social media platforms
• Eagerness to learn paid media strategy and campaign execution
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance data
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Bonus: Experience using Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, or Google), Shopify, or Klaviyo
