Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Metal Craft Worker
to join our team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly, focusing on high-quality railing and decorative metalwork. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team, and represents our company professionally when interacting with customers.Duties
Assist in
fabricating and assembling metal railings, stairs, and decorative metalwork
. Learn and applywelding techniques (MIG, TIG) and metal preparation methods
. Usehand tools and power tools
safely and effectively. Read and interpretblueprints and technical drawings
. Supporton-site railing and stair installations
. Maintain aclean and organized workspace
, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition. Follow allsafety protocols and shop procedures
. Communicate professionally withteam members and customers
when required.Qualifications
Some experience with
hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols
is preferred.Welding or metalworking experience
is an asset but not required. Strong verbal communication skills inEnglish
. Attention to detail and acommitment to high-quality craftsmanship
. Ability to workboth independently and as part of a team
. Comfortable interacting withcustomers in a professional and courteous manner
. Avalid driver's license

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
