The Junior Marketing Assistant will be partnered with a senior representative to get hands-on training with techniques that have been consistently successful within our team. The Junior Marketing specialist\'s training encompasses everything from planning and coordinating to executing field marketing campaigns for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the intermediate between our customers and the end users, delivering a range of promotional marketing services for our client.

• Help supervise marketing initiatives and strategies in collaboration with the management team.

• Analyze the territory assigned for local marketing promotions and prepare for various demographics of each territory

• Cultivate and coach new team members, regularly giving management advice on both training and marketing techniques throughout the tenure of your role.

• Supply end-of-day market assessments to high-level management and liaise with different Marketing Account Managers to ensure exemplary results are being delivered.

• Regularly participate in marketing or client-centric meetings and webinars to keep up to date with marketing trends and client rivals.

Requirements:

• The ability to lead, as well as follow and execute instructions effectively

• Needs to be extremely systematic, driven, and capable of working solo

• It is essential to adopt a problem-solving approach to guarantee achievement within the organization

• Punctuality and reliability are required for all conferences, phone meetings, and training programs
