What You'll Do
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital campaigns (email, social media, and Google Ads)
Help manage and update website content, including blog posts and landing pages
Support SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization
Content Creation
Draft and edit blog posts, newsletters, social media copy, and marketing emails
Assist in repurposing content for multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email, internal decks)
Campaign Coordination
Help schedule and track marketing campaigns
Maintain content calendars and timelines
Collaborate with sales or product teams to align messaging
Data and Reporting
Monitor metrics like website traffic, email open rates, ad performance, etc.
Use tools like Google Analytics or social media dashboards to generate reports
Identify trends and flag insights for senior marketing team members
Event and Promotion Support
Assist with logistics for trade shows, webinars, or local events
Manage promotional materials or branded collateral (e.g., flyers, swag)
Administrative Tasks
Keep marketing documentation organized and up-to-date
Maintain CRM data (like in Zoho or HubSpot) for campaign tracking
Support day-to-day coordination with vendors or freelancers
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar program
Strong written communication skills
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
Curiosity to learn new platforms and eagerness to take initiative
Comfort navigating basic tools -- you may not be an expert (yet!), but you're excited to dive into platforms like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, and more
