Junior Marketing Coordinator
to support key growth initiatives across affiliate marketing, content, partnerships, and social media. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a high-growth D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Manage day-to-day operations of
CJ Affiliate and Rakuten
programs
Recruit, onboard, and optimize relationships with creators, affiliates, and content partners
Track performance and identify opportunities for scale
SEO & Content
Coordinate blog publishing calendar and brief content based on SEO goals
Optimize existing blog content for keywords, engagement, and conversions
Collaborate with internal and external writers, designers, and SEO partners
Social Media & Community
Manage day-to-day
social posting
, scheduling, and engagement across platforms
Build relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners
Support campaign execution for new product launches and promotions
Brand Partnerships
Identify and pitch
co-branded collaborations
and partnership opportunities
Support partnership campaign planning and execution alongside the marketing and eCommerce teams
You're a Fit If You:
Are deeply curious and self-motivated with a passion for building D2C brands
Are organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Have a working knowledge of affiliate platforms (CJ, Rakuten), SEO basics, and social tools
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love testing new ideas
Communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years in marketing, social, ecommerce, or partnerships
Experience with affiliate platforms (CJ/Rakuten) and tools like Google Analytics, Later/Hootsuite, or Semrush
Bonus: Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
