Reporting to the Director of Sales of the company, the incumbent is responsible for initiating, and maintaining the company's Social Media accounts, product database and product presentations of the company.
Responsibilities
Database Management:
1. Maintaining the company Sales Database
2. Creating, updating and sending information within and outside the company.
3. Preparation of product presentations
4. Preparing Product Listing Sheets for Major Accounts
Social Media Coordinator:
5. Manage and create multiple social media initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
6. Marketing on social media
7. Working with Customer Service to maintain the Company Websites
8. Develop marketing and advertising strategies through web content and blogs
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in a computer related program (pertinent experience can be considered an academic equivalent), have experience working with PowerPoint, be well versed in managing social media accounts and be fully bilingual (French/English).
