Hivelighter, a babyTEL affiliated company, is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team of passionate technology pioneers and innovators.

Using your innovative and flexible approach you will help us market our products by developing and implementing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, maintaining promotional materials and planning marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies for both clients and reseller partners
• Conceptualize and write all email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on all email marketing activities
• Coordinate, edit, and optimize any material concerning advertising, branding, and marketing
• Ensure that all material is consistent with planned marketing strategies
• Provide marketing assistance and recommendations to the Sales team in order to achieve the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals
• Participate in all other growth opportunities where marketing expertise is needed

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 marketing experience
• Outstanding creativity, insight, and a positive, go-to attitude
• Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities
• Multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
• Passion for writing content with exceptional written communications skills both in English & French
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
• Experience with MailChimp or other email marketing tools
• Experience with Channel Partner sales an asset
