Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in food handling, food preparation, maintaining all stock areas, walk-in, freezer, stockroom

Duties:

- Support kitchen staff
- Assist in food handling procedures and processing, following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Basic food preparation peeling, cutting, portioning food product

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, food industry, or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic meal and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
