You do not need years of experience -- if you bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

Assist with routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and clean-ups

Support planting, mulching, weeding, and seasonal landscape care Help maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices Work as part of a positive, hardworking team Deliver high-quality service while representing Panda Property Services with pride
We're Looking For Someone Who

Has a great attitude and strong work ethic

Enjoys working outdoors and being active Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and grow in the industry Has a valid driver's license (preferred)
Experience is a bonus -- but not required. We hire for character first.
