Assist in producing detailed design and technical documentation including grading plans, planting plans, construction details, and IFC/tender drawing packages. Participate in the preparation of cost estimates, specifications, quantity take-offs, and material research. Help coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and subconsultants; attend site meetings and contribute to site visit reports. Assist with construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and field review. Maintain project organization, drawing standards, and support BIM/CAD workflows. Help prepare presentation materials for client and public engagement sessions. Provide administrative support, coordinating between the design and construction teams as needed. Act as a liaison between the designer and the operation manager.

Requirements:

Working towards a degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field (BLA, MLA, or Landscape Architectural Technology Diploma). 1-3 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture or related design office. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment. A valid Class G driver's license is required.

Working Conditions:
