Junior Java Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Java Developer to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates eager to grow their skills in software development while contributing to impactful projects in the healthcare domain. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining Java-based applications with a focus on reliability and performance. Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions. Write clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to project requirements. Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment. Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas and providing support for technical discussions.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Java development. Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Exposure to databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Interest or prior experience in healthcare technologies is a strong asset (HL7/FHIR knowledge preferred but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
