What You Would Do in This Role

The IT Support Analyst supports Vista end users\xe2\x80\x99 desktop experience. Duties include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations for end users
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining printers, scanners, and plotters
• Installing software
• Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting software and hardware incidents
• Utilizing a ticketing system to track and document software and hardware incidents
• Creating end user documentation
• Working with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
• Maintaining the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Active Directory
• Performing SCCM maintenance
• Ensuring the organization\xe2\x80\x99s information governance policies are followed
• Performing other duties as requested

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience in MS Windows desktop operating systems and application software
• Knowledge of networking and resolving connectivity issues
• Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM maintenance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work varying schedules to ensure coverage within the department
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred

• Technical Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
