Junior Integrations Specialist

SearchKings is hiring a full-time Junior Integrations Specialist. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in understanding and keeping up with new technologies and passion for AI. Supporting our Operations Department, Integration Specialists are responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding of AI solutions, as well as ongoing technical support. We are an actively evolving company looking for an eager individual to be in a constantly learning environment.




A suitable candidate would be capable of commuting to our office three days per week after completing a full-time in-office training period of six months.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Junior Integrations Specialist, your day-to-day will consist of:fiber_manual_record

Client Onboarding:

Leading new customers through a smooth onboarding journey via Zoom video calls, setting clear expectations, and understanding their goals. You are responsible for helping them integrate AI solutions into their day-to-day operations.

Opportunity Identification:

Collaborating with clients to uncover inefficiencies, manual processes, or gaps where AI can deliver real business value--and translate these opportunities into practical solutions.

AI Implementation &

Support: Configuring and customizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other platforms) to fit each client's needs. You will be providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring integrations work seamlessly.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively contributing ideas to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer journey.

Applicant Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or professional experience in any related field.

Eager to work in a client-facing environment with a customer-oriented mindset. Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Proactive and accountable; ensure all deliverables are presented on time and of high quality.

Detail-oriented; highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and tangible results.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of AI tools (especially ChatGPT).

Experience with prompting and conversational AI.

Aptitude for technical tasks.
