As a member of the ILS team, you'll:

Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling. Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to: + Maintenance planning
+ Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
+ Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR&M)
+ Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
+ Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
+ Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
+ Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports. Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.

Education

A diploma or degree in

Electrical, Mechanical

or

Industrial Engineering

or

Technology

(or a related discipline).

Experience & Requirements

0-4 years of experience in an engineering or technical role--co-op or internship experience is welcome! A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment. Strong communication and analytical skills. Interest in naval engineering, logistics, and systems thinking. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
