The Opportunity




In this role, you will be provided with a solid onboarding program to build up your knowledge and confidence of personal lines insurance. This position will support our personal lines insurance operations through completion of new applications, data entry and ongoing quality control of client information. Once you are a licensed insurance broker, you will move into a service role where you will be responsible for managing the client experience.

The best part? You don\xe2\x80\x99t need previous insurance experience for this role. We will facilitate your RIBO licensing and train you to be a successful member of our team.




Primary Responsibilities

• Daily completion of Electronic Data Interface with our insurance partners to ensure all client information is updated

• Prepare applications for personal lines, commercial auto and fleets including required supporting documentation within specified timelines via various platforms

• Review, scan and process new business and rewrite applications

• Provide assistance with reception phone duties as required

• Data entry of invoicing

• Conduct policy changes and endorsements for clients

• Answer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office in person

• Assist clients with reporting claims to the insuring company

• Respond to carrier requests for information on existing policies

• Able to complete an ITV on system for property policies

• Use an ARS system to provide quotes to insureds

• Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries

• Sign applications with clients as arranged and communicate any discrepancies

• Work closely with other departments to service client requests
