We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented

Junior Inside Sales Representative

to join our sales team at our Ontario Regional Office in

Mississauga, ON

. This entry-level role will provide administrative and customer service support to our Inside Sales Representatives, helping ensure smooth operations and outstanding client experiences.



This is a full-time, permanent position that works in-office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Inside Sales Representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing and entering quotes into the system. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Follow up on quotes, orders, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the sales team in preparing reports, tracking orders, and coordinating with other departments. Provide general office support as needed to help meet sales goals and service standards.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education. Previous sales experience. Experience in an industrial or distribution setting is a strong asset. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
