Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Designer to join our creative team. You'll help conceptualize and develop innovative retail display solutions and immersive 3D environments that elevate brand presence and customer experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is eager to grow their design skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing retail displays, fixtures, and point-of-purchase (POP) units for various brands and store formats.

Create high-quality 3D models for presentation renderings and engineering and renderings.

Collaborate with senior designers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate brand identity into physical retail experiences.

Support prototyping and fabrication processes, including 3D printing and prototype construction.

Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and material specifications for production.

Stay current with retail trends, materials, and shopper behavior to inform design decisions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.

Maintain organized design documentation and presentation materials.

Source suppliers for materials and components.

Work with fabricators to assure quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in retail or consumer products.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Preferably SolidWorks or similar)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong sketching and visual storytelling abilities

Understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A portfolio showcasing your experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $41,947.49-$48,000.00 per year
