Position Overview:

We're currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to exciting projects that push the boundaries of design.

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Sureprint Avenida, you'll work closely with us to create compelling visual content, support the production team in the efficient operation of printing machinery and ensure that all print jobs are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of visual assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and marketing campaigns. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment. Prepare and organize materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas. Help with the packaging and finishing of printed materials, including cutting, binding, and labeling. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to brainstorm and develop design concepts.

Qualifications:

Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative approach. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with different types of printing equipment and techniques. Experience with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of printing machinery. Basic computer skills for job tracking and inventory management.
