If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Junior Graphic Design Specialist (remote) to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and talented team creating interactive assets for our Innovation Studio and Digital Portal Includes, but is not limited to, website design, UX design, print and digital collateral, and event graphics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design, hierarchy, problem solving, layout, typography, and substantial verbal and written communication skills. This person must also have the ability to multitask and be detail oriented.

• Works from concept to completion on a multitude of projects, managing your own time.
• Develops creative concepts from a creative brief and brings them to life within Company\xe2\x80\x99s brand standards.
• Develops and presents conceptual design comps for approval.
• Prepares designs, illustrations and prototyping according to instructions of the Sr. Graphic Designer.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Experience with XD, Premiere is a plus
• Expertise in HTML and CSS is a plus
• Expertise in file organization and maintenance
• Proficiency in Mac platform
