Job Description

We are looking for a curious, detail-loving junior accountant to join our small but mighty finance team. If you're someone who enjoys making sense of numbers, loves flexible hours, and wants room to grow -- this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll help keep our books accurate and organized, assist with month-end close, and get exposure to every corner of accounting in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. What You'll Do

Keep the general ledger up to date and accurate Help with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reporting Support accounts payable and receivable activities Pitch in on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects Help refine and document accounting processes as we scale Work closely with the finance team to make sure we're audit-ready and always improving
What You Bring

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or you're working toward one) 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Proficient with QuickBooks You love a good spreadsheet and are confident in Excel and Google Sheets Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to learn You work well independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$32.10 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
