Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer preferences and offering expert advice
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner and ensure proper care and handling
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell floral products to customers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
