Are you ready to launch your career in finance? We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Brampton, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and project support within a dynamic engineering and design environment.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.


Support project accounting activities including budgeting and cost tracking.


Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.


Collaborate with project managers and senior finance staff to ensure accurate reporting.


Maintain financial records and assist with audits and compliance requirements.


Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance team.

What your experience looks like

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.


1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting (internship experience considered).


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Deltek or similar) is an asset.


Excellent communication and organizational skills.


CPA designation in progress or interest in pursuing CPA is an asset.

The salary range for this role is between $60K - $70K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
