Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner and VP of Finance.
• Assist with preparing financial date to submit to Senior Management Team.
• Complete complex Accounting transactions to allocate costs to appropriate Projects and Cost Centers.
• Forecasting and Budgeting.
• Investigate posted transactions, identify errors, negotiate with various senior stakeholders regarding costs and project allocations.
• Audit documents.
• Develop, report, complete analysis and provide insight into Performance of Business and Operations.
• Provide recommendations for efficient, effectiveness and improvements.
• Assist with preparation of bids, proposal and providing expertise in costing principles.
• Complete monthly revenue recognition and job costings for PE GAAP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is an Asset.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Management Accounting with Complex Multi Project Organization, PEGAAP, Variance Analysis, Project Costing, Project Accounting, Revenue & Inventory, Reconciliations).
• Must have experience working with different Stakeholders (Internal and External).
• Must have CPA Designation.
• Must be Proficient in MS Office including Excel and any ERP System (IFS is preferred).
